Best Banana Bread With Whipped Maple Cinnamon Butter

Goood morning friends! Banana bread is such a classic dessert, but today we are stepping up the game... I have been testing some recipes over the past few weeks to find the perfect recipe to make the most MOIST & delicious banana bread. What is the secret ingredient, you ask?! Something so simple. French Vanilla Pudding mix by Jell-O. You can use Banana flavor too, if you'd like that extra banana boost! I tested different ratios and have the one I prefer in the recipe below, but, if you like your banana bread more gooey, you can add more. As delicious as it is by itself, what makes this bread so unique is the spread.... homemade whipped Maple Cinnamon Butter- it's as delicious as it sounds and adds the perfect fall touch! Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
Banana Bread
○ 2 cups all purpose flour (whole wheat flour)
○ 1 teaspoon baking soda
○ 1/2 teaspoon salt
○ 1/3 cup french vanilla or banana Jell-O pudding mix
○ 1/2 cup softened butter (coconut oil)
○ 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar (coconut sugar)
○ 2 large eggs
○ 3 mashed overripe bananas
○ 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
○ 1/4 cup milk (almond or coconut milk)
Whipped Maple Cinnamon Butter
○ 4 tablespoons softened salted butter
○ 1 tablespoon & 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
○ pinch of cinnamon
Whip together butter & maple syrup until fluffy. Sprinkle cinnamon in.

DIRECTIONS
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x5 inch pan.
Step 2: Combine flour, baking soda, salt, and Jell-O mix in a bowl.
Step 3: Mix butter & sugar together until fluffy. Stir in mashed bananas. Add vanilla, eggs, and milk. Mix well.
Step 4: Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients together until just combined. Pour batter into greased loaf pan.
Step 5: Bake in preheated oven for 60-65 minutes. Turn onto a wire rack to cool. Spread whipped Maple Cinnamon Butter on top & enjoy!
